Public Dialogue
WHO
The Council on Maternal and Infant Health was established by the Georgia General Assembly in 1972. The statewide, seventeen member multi-disciplinary Council appointed by the Governor is charged with advising the Governor and all state agencies in matters relating to maternal and infant heath.
WHAT
The purpose of the Council’s Public Dialogue is to identify and learn more about the critical issues that affect maternal and infant health in Georgia from the community perspective.
